The income support benefit is only paid to those who report a full month to the Bureau of Employment Service. Avi's eligibility will be examined as of the month of April, provided that he did report to Employment Service by 7.4, and upon receiving from Employment Service authorizations about a full reporting in that month, or if he started working during that month (contingent upon the level of his salary).
